The choice is yours!
Raines Close is the complimented home of your hosts and is just a few minutes walk from the centre of this wonderful village. The house stands in exceptionally well maintained gardens - thanks to gardener Jeff - and has four comfortable rooms with all the facilities that one would expect from four star accommodation.
Our ground floor room is most suitable for those people who prefer to avoid stairs - and has twin beds and patio doors which overlook the delightful view towards the River Wharfe.
And, if you are looking for self catering, our Cobblestones Cottage in the centre of the village is just right for two people, a car and a well behaved pet, if you have one! Details can be found on our Self Catering page.
If you would like a "Full English" we can provide that too - sleep at Cobblestones and breakfast at Raines Close!
Grassington is one of the most popular villages in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. From here there are countless walks in the beautiful surrounding countryside, be they gentle strolls on the riverbank or more demanding climbs up hill and dale. Walkers and cyclists are more than welcome.
Grassington also has its own much renowned Music and Arts festival each June where it is not unusual to see performers such as Kathryn Jenkins, Jools Holland and Alfie Boe; to name a few who have performed here in the past - plus a host of other events and activities for all.
The 2014 Dickensian Festival is on 29th November, 6th December and 13th December. - and is now in its 32nd year.
