Cobblestones Cottage
This ground floor cottage is located off the market square in the quite back-water of Broughton Fold. The accommodation consists of :
- A spacious, well equipped open plan kitchen and sitting room with confortable chairs, dining table, TV and gas fire
- Double bedroom
- Modern bathroom with shower above bath
- Small garden with seating
- Car parking space
Cobblestones Flat
The accommodation is on the first floor above the cafe with views over the market square.
- Comfortable lounge with three piece suite, window seat, TV and picture window overlooking the cobbled square
- Well-equipped kitchen with fridge, electric cooker and microwave oven
- Modern bathroom with shower over bath
- Bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobes
- Car parking space
Both properties are fully furnished with bed linen, towels and tea towels provided free of charge. A chair-bed is provided for a third guest. One dog per property is accepted by prior arrangement at a rate of £20.00. Smoking is not permitted. The Cottage and Flat are ready to occupy from 1.00pm on date of arrival. Vacation is requested by 10.00am on day of departure.
Tariff
The cottage and flat are available on a weekly rate.
Weekly rates for the cottage and flat are as follows:

Long weekends and mid-week breaks are available during the winter months. Minimum stay of two nights per property from £80.
